Topology Design Principle
 It is recommended that the number of layers in the submap
should not exceed five. Too many hierarchies may make the
operations inconvenient.

 It is recommended that the number of devices in each submap


should not exceed 300. If there are too many devices, the
devices may be overlapped, and this makes the device query
difficult.
