Thank you for the opportunity to allow Fortitude Total Security to quote for the
provision of security services at you’re The Island Pongwe Lodge.
FTS – Fortitude Total Security engages in a precise planning process with the goal
of delivering creative, threat-based solutions. We reach beyond standard risks

Our methodology pinpoints the relevant threats facing client’s organizational
need to carb and ensures that all security risks have been identified and
proactively addressed.

N.B: It is mandatory that FTS receive the first month of service in advance of
supplying services. This appoints confidence in both parties that the
relationship is sound and covers financing of contract establishment.
Thereafter FTS as per all contracts will raise invoices by the 7th, and expect
payment by the 19th of the month.

Fortitude Total Security will ensure that they offer the client professional advice
where necessary regarding the physical security of their premises. It is in FTS
Security's interest to minimise the potential for loss and reduce the element of
'Risk' to the client.

SCOPE OF WORK - STATED AND IMPLIED:

● To provide competent and professional 24-hour Security Guard services

at the posts as listed above.

● To control incoming and outgoing traffic and vehicles to minimise the risk
of attempted organised theft and or terrorism attacks. ( applicable
methods to be used depends on the clients approval )

● To prevent the entry of unauthorised personnel and vehicles into Hotels

● To search all visitors exiting the Hotel if applicable or advised by client

● To prevent damage to clients and visitors property (To exclude accidental

damage, etc).

● To supervise, control and minimise unwarranted congestion in Hotel car

parking area.

● To control and monitor all evacuation and emergency drills and

procedures as delegated.

● When incidents occur, to initiate immediate investigative procedures and

submit written reports to the client. In the first instance Management of
the client shall be informed for advice before Civil Police action is taken.

● To provide hard copies of “SOPs” for guards at relevant posts and master
copy to management for reference.
