1. Recall your experiences as a student from as early as kindergarten to


the present, each philosophy can be related to a particular symbol
you can visually recall while experiencing each philosophy.

• A funny moment in my elementary days between me and a


classmate trying to get something from my bag. When I tried to stop
him, he ran so fast so I cannot get my things from him. My teacher
saw how I ran so fast and was able to catch my classmate effortlessly.
I was recruited to be part of the track and field but I decline because
I am part of the school choir already. Existentialism

• When I was in high school when we first introduced to computer


hands on activities. At first, I do not know what to do, It is really new
thing to all of us. I thought that using a computer is very difficult but
what I found out that, not only it is easy and something that we can
learn fast and enjoyable. Progressivism

• My high school biology class experiment activity is also one of my


unforgettable experience. We got to introduced with theories and
applied it into practice through experimentation. Pragmatism

• I always remember the educational field trip activities in high school.


Not only that we have the opportunity, to learn first hands from the
places we have visited but also it serves as students a bonding

• When I was in college, I cannot forget the first time when I was
accepted in a part time job. I got to experience the joy of earning a
living not only for myself and my family and, I was able to help them
ease our financial difficulties. Existentialism

I choose this image because I believed that learning is at its best when
our teacher taught us to discover the unknown with our ability. I can clearly
remember the excitement and interest when I first used a computer
machine back in high school. I taught it would be difficult and impossible
for a first-timer to enjoy and learn the computer. With the guidance and
belief of our teacher that we can discover new things on our own, I
succeed with the subject.
