Forehand grip/throw

1. Two-finger stack grip/L-shape (e.g. middle on the wedge of the disc and index finger
on top)
2. The thumb is resting on top of the frisbee
3. Ring finger and pinky on the edge of the frisbee
4. Face the target
5. Step out with the dominant leg and knees should be slightly bent
6. Thumb back, which means bring the disc back with elbow bent
7. Rotate the shoulders, hips, and torso back
8. Pinky forward, which means bring the disc forward to the target and extending the
elbow
9. Rotate the shoulders, hips, and torso forward
10. Snap wrist and follow through
Backhand throw
1. Grab the frisbee like you are shaking hands
2. Fingers should be extended not curled
3. Your shoulder and elbow of your dominant side should be aimed at the target
4. Curl your dominant hand and wrist until the frisbee lightly touches your forearm
5. Bent the elbow until the frisbee touches your belly button
6. Hold your non-dominant arm back by your side
7. Look at the target
8. Take a step with your foot of your dominant hand and left foot stays on the ground
9. Bring the frisbee back like you are scratching your back while bending the elbow
10. Draw your sword forward and follow through
Pancake Catch
1. Look at the target
2. Athletic stance
3. Elbows are bent
4. Palms facing each other; dominant hand should be on the top and non-dominant hand
on the bottom
5. Dominant hand in 45-degree angle
6. Spread fingers
7. Prepare yourself by moving the body
8. Bent the knees for a low pass and standing position for high pass
9. Clap your hands like “Jaws”
10. Bring the frisbee close to your chest
Hammer

7. Eye on the target/teammate
8. Snap the wrist forward quickly like a fishing rode
9. Follow through
10. Dominant arm forward like you hold a mic to an audience and non-dominant arms
behind
C-Catch
1. Spread feet apart
2. Bend the knees
3. Feet point outward
4. Palms facing forward
5. Put both hands in shape of “C” “Mr. Crab’s hands”
6. Spread hands
7. Bend elbows as the disc comes to you
8. Watch the disc into hands
9. Pac-Man :Squeeze the hands on the disc
