Declaration of Sovereignty
of the Ethiopian-Hebrew peoples,
at home and abroad

(based upon Psalm 68:31, Isaiah 58:12 and Amos 9:11)

We, the undersigned natural persons, representing the people of "the Lost Sheep of the
House of Israel" (Genesis 15:13; 2 Kings 19:30; Matthew 15:24) being redeemed by the Holy
spirit and truth of Our Master and Medicine, YESUS KRSTOS to the glory of the ABBA, the
FATHER (Mark 14: 36; Roman 8:15; Galatian 4:6) representing the Imperial Dominion of the King
of kings of Ethiopia, through our decent from the Household of David, after the Order of
Melchizedek, an ecclesiastical sovereign state organized and based upon the divine
heritage, ancient Ethiopian culture and principles of Melchizedek, QEDAMAWI HAYLE
SELLASSIE (aka H.I.M. The First Haile Sellassie), the King of kings of Ethiopia, the Elect of
GOD, constituting persons of many lands and nations, having been the subject of religious
and commercial persecution and harassment, do hereby come together to declare their desire
and intent to formalize their procreative sovereign government and nation, independent of outside
influences, to guide and protect the Ethiopian-Hebrew (Amos 9:7) peoples, the people of the Lion
Of Judah (Revelations 5:5), the lawful heirs and inheritors of the legacy of the Queen of Sheba,
Queen Makda of Ethiopia and King Selomon of Israel based upon the Kebre Negest, the Glory
of the Sovereign Ethiopian Solomonic Kings, the patent of our sovereignity.

The sovereign Ethiopian-Hebrew nation of the "Conquering Lion Of Judah" shall be built upon a
constitution, established and ordained by us, describing and setting forth the rights,
responsibilities and liberties of its people.

The Ethiopian-Hebrew peoples shall be governed by the Crown Council of the Lion of Judah, to
be known hereafter as the House of David. The undersigned persons shall constitute the initial
members of the Nobility and Aristocracy of the Household of David until such time as a formal
election may be held as directed under the constitution and by-laws.

The Conquering Lion Of Judah, its foundation being the preservation of Human Rights, i.e. Unity,
Solidarity, Liberty, Freedom and Self-determination, secure Justice and the maintenance of
Ethiopia's Intergrity, the divine heritage, of its people shall exist perpetually.
The people of the Conquering Lion Of Judah, as the people of other nations and lands, have
increasingly been obstructed and prevented from carrying on and developing profitable and
worthwhile commercial enterprises. Governments of most nations in these times of
technological advancement and economic unrest, have persisted to lay down legislation and laws
including unlawful and non-representative taxation on their peoples. Such Governments have lost
sight of their primary purpose, and the basic insights and intents of their founders.

Therefore, the Lion Of Judah Sovereignity, shall possess no national boundaries, shall set
forth and ensure its people of certain inalienable rights and shall at all times, be subject to the
influence and direction of its Sovereign people as guaranteed by the Constitution of the
Ethiopian-Hebrew peoples of the Conquering Lion Of Judah.

Therefore, we the undersigned representatives of the people of the Conquering Lion Of Judah,
Incorporated, assembled in general meeting, do hereby, in the name and by the authority of the
King of Kings of Ethiopia, the Kebre-Negest and His Book: the H.I.M. Holy Bible, i.e. 'the Book of
the Seven Seals', do solemnly publish and declare, that the Ethiopian-Hebrew peoples, at
home and abroad, are a Sovereign, interdependant, and Divine Nation absolved and absent
of any and all worldly allegiances, and that all political connections between the Ethiopian-
Hebrew peoples of Lion Of Judah and all nations, is and ought to be dissolved,and that as an
interdependent Sovereign Nation, has full power to levy spiritual war in order to bless its
enemies, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts
and things which independent nations may of right do.
