tried to enjoy every second of my life. However as the years pass I’ve noticed
that people barely reach their 80’s. On the other hand, there are some people
who are old but have the strength and the beauty of the youth. Surely I want to
imitate these people, and not the ones that are full of health issues. Therefore
I’ve set a goal on improving and stabilizing my current health. It is very important
and beneficial to know how the human body works and to know how one should
control a healthy lifestyle. However this information alone is not enough for one
