Bee for world president

i believe i made a mistake pushing a male for world president. i've known Bee for about five
years now and observed her carefully for the last three months. By far, she's the strongest,
smartest, and most ego-less woman i know. She's given immeasurable love to Arthur. She's cared
for him and educated him. She's performed family duties without question and resentment. She's
only 14 now (born 1996/SEP/20), but i've had a chance to observe her steadfast character.

In the attached picture, you'll see Bee and Chui and it should be obvious who she is .. They say a
picture's worth a 1000 words but .. observing a human being 'in action' is worth infinite ..
Yesterday, Surang, their aunt, brought her guitar. We sang some English songs together most
notably 'The Rose' by Bette Midler. She wanted some correction on her English which i provided
but i notified her that her singing is perfect if done from the heart. i think she understood my
opinion and appreciated my complement. Surang has been a pillar of the family for uncounted
years. She's provided for her mentally ill sister and niece, she's consistently provided for her
father here in Maeaeb,.. And 'recall' Surang was forbidden as a youth to marry her 'true love' by
her father.. So there are saints everywhere - you just need to look.

i must confess i 'fell in love with' Bee years ago after discovering her inner beauty. But that
romantic love has transformed into one of pure admiration. At the moment, i don't feel worthy to
wash her feet. That's how highly i admire her (years ago, in a Mennonite fellowship in Petoskey,
MI, we performed a foot washing ceremony which was one of the most moving experiences i've
ever partaken of) .. Foot washing is one of the most humbling and symbolic giving things we can
do .. i realize it's only a symbol of love .. But as symbols go, it's one of the most powerful.

How do i know Bee lives egolessly? Just the fact i never see even a hint of resentment toward her
family duties.. Her discipline and familial honor, to me, are beyond question .. i repeatedly
remind Joe and Arthur to Listen to Bee when she speaks. i believe she is the Authority in this
household. Even Grandma bends to Bee's will when required (and this is extremely infrequent -
such as when she needs decent sleep before school next day) .. Bee is an exemplary student who
was recently rewarded by a trip to Indonesia/Malaysia (i forget which). Of course, she was not
the only one to go from her school but just letting you know i'm not the only one who recognizes
her discipline.

The most important qualification (for world presidency) is Bee's family loyalty. Grandma joked
the other day 'friends are just friends' (like drinking buddies) but sitting at a table today with the
ladies reminded me that if a 'bad man' entered the house and threatened any one of them, any
other of us would offer our life to protect them without hesitation. Without hesitation. So 'friends'
can mean many things in many circles - but here in Maeaeb it means someone who would protect
you with their life. Is it any wonder i call it "my village" now? The ladies beckon .. i must return
to their circle of Love..
