PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Management of the end to end roll-out of the project in accordance with Customers requirements and
processes, works includes but not limited to the following:
Provision of Skilled and appropriately trained resources in the regions such Draftspersons,
Engineers, Fabricators, Riggers, Project Managers, Planning and Installation Engineers, and
Supervisors to undertake the work
Provision of Site Supervisors to be onsite at all times to oversee and coordinate the on site works.
Management and coordination of all staff, subcontractors and suppliers involved in the works.
1 Provision of all necessary safety training and safety equipment to staff (Including Helmets, Safety
Harnesses, etc.) to undertake the works.
Attend project meetings and provide progress reports and updates as required.

Quality Control, Inspection and Audit

material
Coarse Aggregate – well graded, maximum size of 20mm, for Greenfield footings this can
be maximum 40mm
Ready Mix Concrete will be in accordance with ASTM C94/94M – 07 Standard
