ACTUAL TEACHING

1. Describe two measures you took to make your test item clear.

Before I let them answer their quizzes or exercises, first, I always ask
them if they really understand my discussion and ask some question
which is connected to our topic and give them the proper direction in
answering the question. always make sure that the test items or the
questions that are to answer are given and are discussed during the
class.

2. Explain how you overcome two of the problems you encountered during test
preparation.

Preparing tests is not as easy as recording their scores. I realized, it

was so hard for you have to make table of specification. In making my
questions, I always consider the learning, if the question has been
discussed. The second thing is I am asking my mentor if my test items
are apparent and that are suited.

3. What did you do to cater for the testing of slow learners and of the advanced
learners?
To know their strength and to enhance their weaknesses.

how this has been catered for?

I think, there are times that it doesn’t provide for a wide range of
differences in ability. Therefore, I realized that I need to improve my
skills in making test questions. But sometimes, their differences are not
only shown in evaluating their result in the test questions made but
basin in their performance; how they respond to my questions and also
their behaviour.

encountered? How did you resolve these matters?

When my students answer me with no respect and I cried in front of

them and then they cried also because they saw me crying. That is the

believe in Gods well and to myself that I can do it and I can stand in
front of many people and I can be teacher someday.

any condition.
