About Client
One of the best NBFCs in India with around hundreds of branches in the
country. Also they have a customer base of thousands which makes it one
of the best NBFCs. It has shown rapid growth in the market in the past
years which makes it one of the best in the country. It specializes in offering
infrastructure management, wealth management, home loans,
commercial finance and consumer loans and much more.

Problem Statement
Low conversions online & this was impacting the offline conversions as well.
Customers were not identified and mapped to the correct product portfolios.

Reduced conversion rates was the headache of this NBFC client, they couldn’t
streamline the targeting process, they failed in segmenting the customers and
providing customized marketing solutions for users. The generic marketing
efforts ended up in bad conversion metrics both online and offline.
