IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
(Please read before submitting your registration)
ALL PUMPKINS WILL BE DISPLAYED ON COLE STREET
ALL PUMPKINS MUST BE REGISTERED AND DELIVERED ON FRIDAY OCTOBER 30 TH.
ALL PUMPKINS MUST FOLLOW RULES THAT ARE ATTACHED TO THIS REGISTRATION FORM.
WE WILL PROVIDE BATTERY OPERATED TEA LIGHTS TO ILLUMINATE THE PUMPKIN

_______I have read and understand the guidelines listed and will deliver my carved pumpkin to the lot next to The Local
coffee house no later than October 31ST between 12-2 PM. Judging happens from 2-3 PM. Please pick up your pumpkin
by 9 pm or it will be disposed of.
_______I hereby authorize City of Enumclaw to publish photographs taken of me and my pumpkin for use in marketing
materials on their website/Facebook page. I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and I will not receive
any compensation of any type associated with the take or publication of these photographs.
