Globalization is a process wherein international globalization derives from the exchange of world views,
thoughts, goods, and diverse national cultures. Peter Alfandary talked about the myth of globalization. His main
topic is all about culture and how each is different from others. According to him, there is no single village on our
globe, but there are many villages. He talks about everything on a global level as if we are all one unit, but village
cultures still rule. Cultural differences shape a person's identity. It defines who they are. There are people around
the world who have distinct differences from others, and it allows them to have traditions and cultures that are
very special to them.

He quoted that "How different we all are, is also have different we communicate," and I strongly agree
with it. The way people communicate varies considerably between and within cultures, and different norms
regarding the inappropriate level of assertiveness in communicating can add cultural misunderstanding. One
aspect of communication style is language usage across cultures, phrases, and words used in different ways. There
is no surprise that people have difficulties in understanding and communicating with one another due to different
cultural customs and experiences, and these differences cause miscommunication. But, if we'd been educated
enough, open-minded enough to understand each other's differences, we will be living in a world where negativity
did not foster.

Furthermore, I also believe that we should consider cultural intelligence as part of our education system
as well as how politicians and leaders need a strong dose of cultural intelligence because ignorance and emphasis
and cultural differences breed fear and hate. It doesn't mean killing diversity but rather spreading diversity, sharing
diversity, and enjoying things humanity can produce. To overcome these challenges in global communication is
understanding and accepting that we are all different. Just like Peter Alfandary, we are still learning every day, so
let us use those learnings to become globally competitive and maybe to create a better, richer, and safer future
world. Keep each other's cultural diversity alive and understood. Celebrate diversity.
