EMPLOYMENT ENQUIRY: REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL, INVESTMENT AND FINANCE

I seek a position in real estate appraisal and/or investment and finance to fully exploit the rich
experience that I have from both private and public practice and as an academic.

I’ve 12 years professional experience in the real estate sector having worked as a certified appraiser
in both public and private sectors. In addition, I also have 6 years experience in academia initially as
an Instructor and from 2007 to June 2010 as a Property Economics Assistant Professor at
Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia.

I hold a Ph.D. in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Curtin University of Technology in Perth,
Australia. Other qualifications are: Master in Real Estate Management from the Royal Institute of
Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, Post-Graduate Diploma in Real Estate and Project Management
from the Institute of Housing and Urban Development, Rotterdam, Netherlands and a BSc. in Land
Economy from Copperbelt University, Kitwe, Zambia.
