According to some people, it would be a wise decision to opt for employment positions of lower ranking rather than

take full the entire charge of a business. Personallly, however, I do not concur with this view because of the following
rationales.

First and foremost, it is true that being a director means entails/involves having to combat constant sources of worry
trepidation, especially in terms of finance on financial matters. Admittedly, to ensure smooth, effective and profitable
operation of a company can be extremely stressful and adversely harm one’s mental health, one is subject/exposed to
constant stress and this entails a negative consequence on his health. However, bereft of away from these worries
(concerns), one cannot make big fortunes, advance quickly in their career. (should be elaborated: e.g. If one is
reluctant to undergo the risks involved in self-employment, he may end up being a mediocre employee the entire life.)

insurmountable, it is usually sporadic and the extent to which it impacts on the director depends on certain stages of
the company’s development. Thus, employers working for successful big firms are more likely to have fewer job-
