Discipleship / Baptism 
This year we have seen 40,554 new disciples baptized. That makes a total of 164,338 baptized disciples in  
the movement. Our constant efforts are in making disciples that reproduce through witnessing the people  
they relate to, either by family relation, 
friendship, working partners or as 
neighbors. This keeps us from hiring 
professional evangelists from time to 
time for conducting evangelistic events.  
 
Church Planting 
We have seen 4,011 new churches 
planted during the year. That makes a 
total of 15,575 churches planted in the 
movement. Most of these churches 
were started by existing church 
members witnessing in other areas. Our efforts are to raise and train a leader as soon as the church is 
planted. We were able to teach initial level of discipleship  lessons apart from salvation and spiritual 
growth. People realize the need of sticking close to the Lord, because most of them have come out of 
spiritual bondage. 
Sustainability/maturity 
We have maintained our primary focus on the health of the movement rather than the breadth of it. The 
early church first grew in faith and that resulted in constant increase in numbers. To achieve this, much 
mobilization of fasting, prayer, mentoring with the Word of God, personal relationship of the leaders with 
their people, events of ministry of the Word and prayer (See the details further in this report) was done.  
The health of a Nation is not recognize by its efforts on population explosion (like Muslim Nations) but by  
the control on IMR (Infant Mortality Rate). 
 
 
 Attrition 
As stated in our reports earlier, we can multiply 100% in a year, but we intentionally stick with an added 
growth only, which was targeted to 40,000 new baptized disciples and 4,000 new churches and raising / 
training of 4,000 new leaders for the year. To govern the attrition it is important to maintain healthy growth 
rate. It is hard to chew if you bite huge. Our attrition rate of the churches for the year was 5.8%.

The leadership raising, training and developing is the key to sustaining the movement. In order to gain 
depth, maturity, stability, health and Godliness, varieties of events are required that are usually termed as 
training. These events are actually more than mere training ‐ they are consultations, seminars, 
monitoring, teaching / preaching camps, fasting / prayer meeting, get together for fellowship and 
conferences. It is nearly impossible to spell out the number of events conducted as they fall in place 
naturally as required by the time and situation. We were able to conduct 1,647 such events as per our 
records, where a total of 15,522 people attended them. We saw a total of 3,939 new leaders raised. This 
number is less than the number of churches planted, which is the matter of attention. We strive to 
produce surplus leadership.   
Angelo Camps 
As stated in previous reports we have a special focus on training and releasing young men in the 
movement to fight with the demonic spiritual authorities and deliver people so they my believe and be 
saved. We gather young men for four to five days for ministry of the Word of God and prayer. The most 
common topics that are covered in 
these gatherings are :  the Word of 
God, prayer, spiritual growth, 
breaking generational curses, 
reaching your own people, 
discipleship, fruit bearing, and great 
commission. Besides ministry of the 
Word of God there are times of 
worship, breaking of bread, laying on 
of hands and personal counseling. 
We were able to train 5,832 people in 
seven various events. The largest 
number of people in one event was 
937 people and the smallest 482. 
These men are then released to visit churches and fields to extend the ministry. The more we do this, the 
more hunger it raises for the spiritual nurture. 
Other larger gatherings of leaders 
We had four major gatherings of the house church volunteer leaders with up to 1,824 people attending 
one of those. In these events the main objective is to reach out to the volunteer house church leaders 
directly. The participants were a mixture of men, women, youth and elderly. 
 Love Neighbors 
We had 584 churches in the beginning of the 
year. We saw 158 disciples baptized, 41 new 
churches planted and 35 new leaders raised. 
At this point we have a total of 2,869 baptized 
disciples, 625 churches and 1,076 trained 
volunteer leaders. As per data, we seem to 
have more leaders than the number of 
churches, but all these leaders trained do not 
lead a church. Many of these are lay people in 
various churches in the network and they are 
trained and released to witness. Their harvest 
data is not included in this report.  
Expansion 
We praise God for the expansion we have 
seen during the year. We were able to begin the work in the UP districts of Bhadohi, and Ghazipur. We did 
not see encouraging growth in the district of Barailly due to the leadership lapses. There are many churches 
in the movement overall where a significant number of neighbors have come to the Lord but they 
fellowship in the churches that are not exclusively made of harvest from Neighbors. We let them grow in 
the family they are born into. This kind of harvest is the result of having our entire team going through the 
training to witness to the neighbors, even if that is not their ministry focus. 
Indigenous leadership 
The most encouraging part of the story in the 
harvest is that it is the result of the first 
generation Christians that have risen from the 
harvest. These leaders comprise of both men and 
women. There are scores of testimonies of 
Devine healings, encounters, families being 
restored, and people being led to the Lord. These 
leaders are on fire for the Lord. We had none of 
them when the project begun. A movement is in 
place.  
The Challenge 
Our workers serving among Neighbors face 
a strong anti‐gospel context.  At its core 
Islam teaches strong opposition to the 
gospel.  To see a rapid multiplication 
movement among Neighbors is not our 
problem but the efforts to keep it under the 
radar.  A little careless move can result in jeopardizing the movement in the entire region. We have 
not had much opposition so far but it is equally challenging to preserve the movement in order to 
make it go a long ways. We need much prayer in the direction, and want to see a sturdy movement 
thrive.     
 
 
 
 
Urban ministry 
This initiative is the very first ministry 
started by the Mode of Deliverance, 
with focus on the capital city of Delhi, 
but the ministry has now expanded to 
23 cities in 7 states of North India. We 
had 2,148 cells in the beginning of the 
year. We saw 9,226 disciples baptized, 
918 new cells established and 852 new 
leaders raised. At this point we have a 
total of 35,677 baptized disciples, 3,066 
cells and 2,935 trained volunteer leaders.  
 
 
 
Our urban model is not sophisticated and 
hierarchy controlled setup like in several 
cases of cell based churches Worldwide.  
This model is based upon the concepts of 
shared leadership, multiplication of cell 
groups, and aggressive witness with goals to 
achieve. Here down to the Earth simple but 
faithful leaders are empowered with the 
Word, gifts and vision which they carry out 
with great joy that knows no bounds. 
 
 
 
 
Saturation Church Planting 
Movement (SCPM) 
This year we have seen 31,170 new 
disciples baptized. That makes a total of 
125,792 baptized disciples, in the 
movement. We have seen 3,052 new 
house churches planted during the year. 
That makes a total of 11,884 house 
churches. The focus of SCPM is the villages 
in the states of focus. The house churches 
are more independent but they are still 
part of a strong network. It is not possible 
to bring the members of the churches 
together but to achieve the synergy, 
accountability; alignment, motivation and 
encouragement, the leaders of the house 
churches keep meeting for fellowship and 
learning.  
 
A hope for the rural India 
Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, our first 
Prime Minister said, “India lives in 
villages”. We have more than 
600,000 villages where most of 
the 4,635 people groups are 
located, making about 70% of the 
National population. If this rural 
community were made into one 
country, it would be the third 
largest in the World after China 
and India. The task of great 
commission calls for the need of ‘a 
church in every people group in all 
places’. This task is impossible to be 
fulfilled by hiring a career minister for 
each church. What is needed is a voluntary movement in the likeness of the early church, where people moved  
out of conviction rather than professional appointment.      
 
People’s Advocates 
As stated in the previous updates we began this initiative because we noticed that being involved in 
geographical saturation we already had disciples, churches and leaders among 31 people groups. This 
led us to be more intentional about seeing a rapidly 
multiplying movement among each of them. We were able 
to learn and teach dynamics required for reaching these 
PGs. We believe that the given fact is that the Lord has had 
His remnant in every people, place and age. We identify 
these entry points for the gospel to be penetrated with 
contextual alignment in these cultures. We were able to 
train leaders for Gangwar, (367) Prajapati, (572) Bagri, (71) 
Rai Sikh, (832) Jat Sikh, (31) Odh, (213) Dhanak, (49) Ansari, 
(33) Balmiki, (612) Jatav (also known as Chamar, Raidasia), 
(314) and Gudiya (26) making at least a total of 3,119 
leaders. These leaders have been instrumental in planting 
4,318 new churches. We are in the process of collecting 
data for the rest of the people groups. Most of these 
leaders statistic is included in the II table in this report titled 
as ‘Events of leadership training and get together January ‐ 
November 2010’. Our main message before training them is, ‘reach out to your own people first as the 
Lord had His disciples reach to the Jews first’. This becomes the main thrust of the training throughout 
which yields promising results.  
 
Networking 
We conducted 23 consultations with above 50 pastors and leaders attend each event. The main thrust 
of these events was to introduce a self multiplying church planting movement among people groups 
in their own sphere of influence, through a high standard of spiritual and contagious life. If we expect 
the Holy Spirit to move, it is important to focus on the spiritual growth and standard of excellence by 
the grass root leadership. We addressed numerous basic issues that are often taken for granted and 
are overlooked, like walking in Spirit, Word, obedience, Godliness, life with report, much fasting and 
prayer, intimacy with God, and mutual accountability. It is true that “the yoke shall be destroyed
because of the anointing” which only comes by obedience.  
 
Overall annual multiplication of churches 
The overall multiplication of the churches up to the year was a total of 15,575 churches, adding 4,011

Notable Events 
Ministry review 
Some of our donor friends realized the need of our ministry be reviewed for better advancement of 
the organizational set up. We went through quite some experience but in the end we were so blessed 
to have a corporate team of 8 leaders of International credibility, analyze our entire ministry 
documental records and reports. After very careful and diligent examination of all the documentation 
they ended their observation in 12 paragraphs and concluded with the remark saying, “Based on the
above, we highly commend without reservation Mode of Deliverance”. This document is available on request. 
Trip to Rajasthan 
Mr. Marc Bauman, the director of South Asia Advocates, our fiscal sponsor, joined us for a visit to Haryan, 
Punjab and Rajasthan. Including him, we were so thrilled to see the massive saturation of the Kingdom in all 
places. This field was bare when the ministry began. His report is available on request. 
Scot’s Team 
We were so blessed to have brother Scott visit us with his team, to work at the training centre at 
Lakhimpur. They landscaped the centre, built gate, a gazebo ‐ one of its kinds in the region, garden 
and planted an orchard. They had earlier helped us develop a retaining wall to conserve the higher 
field flowing with the rain water to the lower 
places. We are very grateful to them for their  Testimony –Jhabbu with Dalip 
contribution. 
Other visitors 
We had many visitors visit us throughout the 
year helping us through teaching, training, 
building, encouraging, and visioning our teams. 
Since they do not advise their names to be 
published we can’t provide any detail.  
Children ministry 
India  has  a  huge  population  of  children.  It  is 
overwhelming  task  to  minister  to  them  and 
meet all of their needs. We focus our efforts on 
the children in our churches. Our target was to 
reach 40,000 children with a message of gospel 
through  several  stories  in  the  Word  this  year. 
We were able to reach 36,273 children. 
Free tuition (coaching) project 
We  were  able  to  provide  coaching  to  about 
1,400  children  this  year.  Along  with  the 
coaching on the school subjects’ children were 
Jhabbu is totally blind. He rejoices his life in the 
also  taught  scripture  lessons,  prayer  and  Lord in spite of his abject poverty. He has a skill 
worship.  of making rope out of the strings extracted of 
Angel’s fellowship  used fertilizer bags. He lets people give him the 
We were able to fully sponsor the expenses for  bags; he keeps half of them for himself as his

around the villages. Jhabbu, is an outgoing 
every member to do his best in providing the 
witness. He only makes enough money for bare 
education to the children. Occasionally these 
survival and dedicates the rest of his time for

  village Mahmadpur dist. Kheri UP, he is invited 
by people every time for ministering to their 
needs. A total of 18 people have been baptized in 
his village and another 29 in the surrounding 
villages as result of his witness. He has been able 
to lead his family members to the Lord and the 
Lord is using his brother Heeralal in reaching 
many villages. His Nephew Dalip helps him go 
around which he considers his ministry. Jhabbu 
has covered about 16 villages surrounding his 
own, by walking from village to village. We 
offered to financially assist Jhabbu but he 
declined it saying, ‘the Lord has already given me 
an eternal life and what else could I expect from 
Him’? We salute Jhabbu for his dedication and 
believe his life has strong message for many that 
identify themselves with Christ.
