3516E 50Hz U.S. EPA Tier 2 / Low NOx - 3500, 3250 &
3000 kVA available ex. Lafayette (3516 PGFL)

Application Lafayette built 50Hz 3516E generator sets - 3500, 3250 & 3000 kVA. Low, Medium and High
Voltage.

Description In May 2019, price list 3516 PGHL was opened for 50Hz 3516C/E low emissions ratings
from 2250 - 3500kVA (Tier 2) and 2250 – 3000 kVA (< 2000 mg NOx). These are powered
by engines running at 1808 rev/min.

New standard 50Hz ratings of 3000, 3250 & 3500 kVA are now available from the 3516
PGFL price list. These increase power density above our current 3516 PGHL offerings; at
3500 kVA, the new model provides a 14% lower package weight and a 17% reduced
footprint as compared with our current offering.

A summary of the new 3516E 50Hz ratings available is shown below:

All ratings conform to ISO 8528-5 G3 load acceptance requirements.

All ratings can accept 100% block load in one step.

Rear mounted circuit breakers are available and customer connections can be on the rear,
left or right side.

Standard ambient radiators are available now with an optional high ambient radiator planned
to be made available from April 2020.

Optional mufflers are available providing 15, 25 or 35 dB sound attenuation.

Availability and The Open Order Board for the new 3516E ratings in price list 3516 PGFL is effective
Pricing immediately. The optional high ambient radiator is planned to be added to the price list in
April 2020.
