BE IT KNOWN, the undersigned Gary Carroll(BUYER) and/or assigns offers to purchase from
Valnick Enterprise, LLC (SELLER)

subdivision, Montgomery County, Texas according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat
Cabinet C, as Sheet 182 B of the Map of Montgomery County, Texas.

Total Purchase Price: $25,000.00 Buyer agrees to pay the amount $25,000.00 at closing With a
Cashier’s Check or Cash.

1. Said property is to be sold free and clear of all encumbrances, but good and marketable
title, with full possession to said property available to Buyer at date of closing.

2. The closing shall occur on or before October 26, 2019 at Seller office, unless such other
time and place shall be agreed upon.
