or before lease signing. All payments are non-refundable once the lease has been executed or if I do not show up for the lease signing.

I understand that my deposit for the abovementioned property is refundable if the landlord/management company rejects my
application. If, however, I choose to back out of the deal, fail to submit my application, all financial paperwork, and/or fail to produce a
suitable guarantor, I understand that the deposit is non-refundable. Additionally, I realize that the deposit is NOT an escrow deposit, but
a deposit towards services rendered. In the event of forfeiture, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Structura Inc.., and/or any of its
agents, representatives, officers, and employees, and not seek any further remuneration in this matter.
