2) Enter in the values:
1) Plant code
2) Work center name (no
naming convention – any 8
characters)
3) Work center category –
0005 (Plant Maintenance)

OPTIONAL – you can copy

from an existing work center

3) Select .

4) The Basic Data view should be completed per the below (most values default and should be
left alone).
5) The Default values tab should be completed per the below. PM01 is for internal labor, but
can be changed to PM03 for on-site contract labor, or to PM04 for off-site contract labor.

6) The Capacities tab should be completed per the below.

7) At the bottom of the screen, select .

8) Fill in the Capacity Header screen per the below.

1 – Pick anything on the picklist – the field

is required, but has no influence on the
system.
2 – Always select “XX”
3 – Always select “1”
4 – Always select “H”
5, 6 – Put start and finish times for the
work day.
7 – Put length of breaks
8 – Put % of utilization of the people
9 – Put # of people in the work center
10-12, check these 3 boxes

9) Select .
10) Fill in the Scheduling tab per the below.

11) Fill in the Costing tab per the below.

12) Select . NOTE: If you go to the Technical data

tab, select the menu path Edit>Cancel
to leave that screen without having to
fill in required fields.
