Responsible for organizing construction work, quality control/ quality assurance of road and structures, checking and
verification of setting out of works, Oversee preparation of bar bending schedule, ensuring the compliance of design,
drawings and technical specifications in execution of the construction work, approve mix designs, checking of
measurements, design temporary structures, plan road diversion during execution, check placement of reinforcement
bars, check adequacy of strutting in shuttering and form work, plan engagement of men, material, machinery, organize
transport of mixed concrete from batching plant to work site, oversee casting, compacting, curing operation; check

Responsible for
• Supervision of minor bridge, box culvert, slab culvert, Hume pipe culvert, retaining wall, concrete drain, wing wall
and plant erection
• Preparation of BBS (bar bending schedule) as per GFC drawing.
• To ensure that the work is ongoing in accordance with all the approved construction drawing, contract document,
specifications and all applicable standard and capability to maintain execution quality accuracy as per given design.
• Proper study of drawing and design and make required change in drawing as per site conditions.
• Analysis of total cost of the execution work in respect total achievement on daily basis
• Prepare estimation and costing, rate analysis and valuation of different type of construction items.
• Prepare of client and petty contractors bill on the monthly basis.
• Preparation of measurement sheet and measurement book.
• Prepare reconciliation list of different consumable items at site on monthly basis and control over material
requirement at site.

services during Operation & Maintenance Period for the project of 6-laning of Chandikhole-Jagatpur-
Bhubaneswar section of NH-16 from Km. 413.000-418.000 and Km. 0.000 to Km. 62.000 as BOT (Toll) on
DBFOT Pattern under NHDP-Phase-V in the State of Odisha. If I leave this assignment in the middle of the work,
NHAI would be at liberty to debar me from taking any assignment in any of the NHAI works for an appropriate period
of time to be decided by NHAI. I have no objection if my services are extended by NHAI for this work in future.
I further undertake that if due to my inability to work on this project due to unavoidable circumstances, due to which
consultant’s firm is forced to seek replacement. In such unavoidable circumstances, I shall not undertake any
employment in NHAI projects during the period of assignment of this project and NHAI shall consider my CV invalid
till such time.
