• After logging in to UltiPro, your organization’s home page
appears. Your company name, logo, and specific

UltiPro page based on your assigned UltiPro role.
• Your UltiPro role is assigned certain security settings and
permissions that allow you to see and do certain things (for
example, Things I Can Do and Quick Tours).
• UltiPro security settings determine what a user can see and
do. The most basic level of access is provided by the
Employee role.
• Users can be assigned to more than one UltiPro role.
• All users assigned the Employee role are permitted to view
information about themselves via the Myself menu.
