birra senza alterarne il sapore.Brew Sugar contiene destrosio e
maltodestrine. Queste ultime non sono fermentabili e rimango-
no nella birra aggiungendogli densità e “corpo” senza lasciare
sapori zuccherini, residui o sapori strani dati dagli zuccheri co-
muni. Migliora semplicemente tutte le vostre birre.
Coopers Brewing Sugar contains dextrose and maltodextrin.
The dextrose will ferment out completely. The maltodextrin is not
fermentable and remains in the brew adding to the body and
head retention whilst not imparting any sweetness or flavours.

evitando cosi di lasciare strani sapori o sidrosi che possono essere
prodotti da zucchero bianco. Adatto per tutti i tipi di birra. Il Destro-
sio è equivalente al glucosio, ma con una struttura molecolare
speculare che permette di mantenere la schiuma più a lungo.
Coopers Dextrose contains no less than 99.5% glucose which is a
simple sugar that ferments out completely. Coopers Dextrose avoids
the sharp cidery characters that can be produced by white sugar.

BREW ENHANCER 1
Ingredienti: destrosio, maltodestrine
Caratteristiche: dona corpo e un piacevole retrogusto senza
alterarne il sapore. Contiene destrosio e maltodestrine. Il destro-
sio fermenta completamente senza lasciare sapori zuccherini
residui, mentre la maltodestrina non fermenta aumentando la
densità del corpo e la densità della schiuma. Consigliato per
produrre birre leggere come le Lager le Pilsner le Weizen.
Contains dextrose and maltodextrin. The dextrose will ferment
out completely with no residual cidery flavours whilst the mal-
todextrin does not ferment thus improving the body, mouthfeel
and head retention. Recommended for use with lighter style
beers such as Lager, Draught and Pilsener.

Ingredienti: destrosio, maltodestrine, malto secco
Caratteristiche: da corpo e un piacevole retrogusto alla vostra
birra senza alterarne il sapore. Contiene destrosio, maltodestri-
ne e malto secco Light Dry Malt. Il destrosio fermenta comple-
tamente senza lasciare sapori zuccherini residui, mentre la mal-
todestrina non fermenta migliorando così la persistenza della
schiuma. Il malto Light Dry Malt essendo 100% di malto chiaro
contribuirà ad aumentare corpo e carattere. Adatto a tutti gli
stili di birra la dove si preferisce un sapore di malto più pieno.
Consigliato per produrre birre rosse, ambrate e scure.

will ferment out completely with no residual cidery flavours whil-
st the maltodextrin does not ferment thus improving the body,
mouthfeel and head retention. The Light Dry Malt, being 100%
