of Management
Management is about getting work done through people. This course
is firmly grounded in the discipline of social psychology. It will provide
the frameworks and principles aimed at more effectively managing yourself
and others. You will develop a better understanding of the nature and
dynamics of interpersonal behavior related to organizational performance
and effectiveness.
