Casilagan, Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur to look for buyer of parcel of land particularly described as
follows:

LOCATION: Brgy. Langlangca 1, Candon City, Ilocos Sur
LOT AREA in SQM: 72,734.00

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The negotiable selling price of the above-described real property is SIX HUNDRED
(600) PESOS per SQUARE METER.

2. The seller shall give 5% of the agreed selling price as broker’s agent commission.

3. All expenses such as but not limited to Capital Gains Tax, Real Property Tax and
Notarial Free relative to the sale shall be shouldered by the seller except expenses for
the transfer of title which shall be shouldered by the buyer.

4. This authority is valid until officially revoked by undersigned.

I hereby extend to you this authority to sell the above property within 60 days from today.
Should you be successful in offering the above property, I oblige myself to give you 50% of
whatever net commission I will receive from the seller immediately upon receipt thereof. It is
agreed that in all transactions or negotiations regarding your buyer and this property, you shall be
informed and you shall always be present together with me with utmost transparency.
