Personal statement:
I am a hardworking and well organised individual who enjoys interacting with
other people. I have been enjoying the business management elements of the
course as I am looking to progress a career in real estate. I am very focused with
what I am doing to make sure that the job is done and I will go above and beyond
my capabilities. One of my main skills is that I persevere through whatever
problem or situation that may arise. I consider this to be a very important work
and life skill. In order to work hard you should continue to break through barriers
and situations even if they are difficult. I am very good at working in a team or
team based activities and I like to consider people as individuals as this is
important in life and work.

Work experience:
I have been on industrial placement at Keighley Kiddicare in the business sector.
During this placement I have to carry out tasks such as editing spreadsheets for
the financial status and to make social media accounts to help advertise the
Kiddicare. I also gave suggestions on how to update their website.

I have occasionally helped out on babysitting and any other jobs that need doing
for my parents/siblings.

Whilst being at College me and my classmates have worked hard to raise money
and awareness for The Samaritans who help people with mental health issues.
We did this to make sure that people who feel like they have nobody can speak
to The Samaritans about any issues they have.

Hobbies and interests:

My interests include playing many different sports such as rounders, football,
cricket and basketball. This helps me with my organisational, communication and
leadership skills. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, shopping
and socialising with new people.

Due to my role as a sports ambassador in secondary school I took part in doing

charities for Sports Relief encouraging students in my school to take part in order
to help those who are less fortunate than us.
