Grievance Description

Kindly refer to our regular communications, related to the transparent Good governance
with active participation of the Federation, some copies attached here with as ready
references. Being a Fighter by spirit: Activist by mission: Jat by birth: Cobbler by
Profession: Humanitarian by choice: Gandhian by vision & action as habitually Khadi
Worriers: Work is worship ............ It is humbly submitted that:
1. As per Punjab KVIB Act, 1955, which was adopted, without replacing Punjab with
Haryana, etc are serious lapses at the level of senior bureaucrats, from top to bottom,
whereas I raised my strong voice against malpractices, since beginning till date against
heavy cost.
2. Immediate ordinance required, introducing Haryana KVIB Act with Rules &
Regulations with active participation of the Federation.
3. KVIB Haryana, may Introduce special component schemes as UP, Delhi KVIB running
along with J&K KVIB etc, dedicated to the founder Chairman of KVIB.
4. 7th pay commission benefits immediately be given with penalty, to all eligible retired
persons, avoiding unnecessary litigations along with fiscal benefits to Federation.
5. Pension benefits to the retired persons is a responsibility of the Govt. of Haryana,
ensure its delivery in time without adopting wrong mechanism.
6. Process, Examine & recommend, fiscal benefits under PMEGP to Economical weaker
sections of upper caste, In accordance with the provisions of the Constitution (One
Hundred and Third Amendment) Act 2019, and the reference of Ministry of Social Justice

and Empowerment vide OM NO.20013/01/2018-BC-II dated: 17th January, 2019,


enabling provision of reservation for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) who are
not covered under the existing scheme of reservations for the Scheduled Castes, the
Scheduled Tribes and the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, it has been
decided to provide reservation in admission to educational institutions subject to a
maximum of ten percent of the total seats in each category.
7. Complete details required about the Negative list of Haryana KVIB, as meat - tobacco -
Ivory - alcohol, acceptance of Trade Marks under all activities covered under Negative
list, by the KVIC, which is against the Gandhian values, Federation needed KVIB
Haryana view on it.
8. As per Haryana KVIB trademarks application under different class, objected by the
KVIC, which is not acceptable being sister concern in good faith.
9. Services of retired persons from KVIB Haryana, may kindly be given preference &
priority instead of outsiders, under outsourcing scheme.
