Standard : The hotel shall provide the following recognition and award programs:
1. Associate of The Month
2. Associate of The Year
3. Most Commended Associate of the Quarter
4. Most Commended Associate of the Year
5. Bravery Award
6. Honesty Award
Objective : To reward associates who perform outstandingly and to recognize their significant
contribution to the hotel.
5. Bravery Award:
This is an award given to an associate who has exhibited acts of bravery in line of
duty.
6. Honesty Award:
This is an award given to an associate exhibited an act of honesty.
7. Prizes:
7.1. Associate of The Month for RF level will consist of 2 winners per month
– 1 associate from Front of The House and 1 associate from Back of The
House will receive : Certificate and cash prize Rp. 300.000,- (three hundred
thousand rupiah ) per person.
7.2. Associate of The Month for Supervisor level ( 1 winner per month) will
receive : Certificate and Cash Prize Rp. 400.000,- (four hundred thousand
rupiah).
7.3. Each winner will receive an additional cash prize Rp.200,000,- which
taken from The Associate Welfare as agreed by The Chairman of The
Union.
7.4. total cash prizes per month for 7.1 + &.2 + 7.3 = rp.1,600,000,00 (one
million six hundred thousand rupiah)
7.5. Associate of The Year for RF level will consist of 2 winners – 1 associate
from Front of The House and 1 associate from Heart of The House will
receive : Certificate and cash prize Rp. 2,500,000,- (two million five
hundred thousand rupiah ) per person.
Associate of The Year for Supervisor level will receive : Certificate and
Cash Prize Rp. 3,000,000,- (three million rupiah).
