present and future time (Obiefuna, 2014). Also, it involves the formulation of an organization
structure in elaborating and defining the duties and responsibilities of the personnel and outlining
how these activities must be interrelated in the organization (Obiefuna, 2014). Secondly,
directing and delegating; this involves in assigning specific directions and instructions to the
employees. By this, it will ensure that employees know and how to perform their tasks. Thirdly,
controlling, organizing, and coordinating; this involves in determining if the organization’s
objectives and goals are being met by the system of performance. Corrective measures are
applied to ensure efficient communication and functional environment in the organization
(Obiefuna, 2014). Also, it involves in ensuring that everything in the business is performing at
their max productivity to avoid losses. It provides a better way to harmonize the functions of the
organization to be more integrated by employees (Tovmasyan, 2017). Finally, motivating; this
involves in finding ways in how to motivate employees to have the desire and initiative to
perform their tasks with effort and passion, so that the objectives and goals are achieved in a
productive manner (Tovmasyan, 2017). As a result, of following these valuable and strict
