Registration and Verification

a. Participation and application to the contest are allowed to all Investizo clients.
Standard Trading accounts are allowed to participate in the contest. Only one
account is allowed to be used for contest participation.
b. The Contest is provided only to clients and partners of Investizo.com
Employees of the company are not allowed participation, either do their
relatives.
c. In order to be allowed to participate in the contest someone needs to be
Registered and Verified Client or Partner of Investizo.com
d. When registering and applying for participation in the Contest full list of all the
required verification must be completed.
e. Registration to the Contest can be done ONLY through the Client Cabinet
(​https://investizo.com/cabinet​) of the Company after full verification of the
account has been completed.
f. If a Client Cabinet is already registered and another account is used for
trading, then a new account needs to be created for participation in the
Contest.
g. Only accounts NOT used for any other promotion or contests (including
Bonuses) can apply for participation in the Contest.
h. A ‘SuperHero Name’ (nickname) must be created for participation in this
Contest as Investizo.com applies strict measures to secure the privacy of
clients personal data and funds.
i. After successful registration to the Contest, the trading account will be added
to the general rankings table of the Contest.
j. The minimum deposit and currency used to deposit for participation: 100 USD
k. At the time of the Contest initiation (Midnight based on the MT Server), every
participating account is analysed for a minimum deposit available for
participation. If the amount is confirmed as equal or greater than the defined
minimum deposit, then the account becomes active and its participation in the
Contest starts. If the account does not have the minimum required deposit,
then it is considered Inactive until it qualifies the minimum deposit
requirement.
l. ‘SuperTrader of the Month’ Contest is run monthly and starts from the 26th
October 2020 until 21 November 2020.
m. The registration to the upcoming SuperTrader Contest is open 1 week prior to
the Contest.

2. Instructions
a. Positions of any size are allowed and only limited to the free margin, the
trading conditions of the type of the account.
b. Every order and transaction must be made in accordance with Investizo
Terms of Use.
c. During the process of the Contest, any trades which will have suspicious
simultaneous execution will be disqualified from the Contest.
3. Winners Selection
a. ‘SuperTrader of the Month’ and the ‘TOP10 Traders’ are defined from the
highest rate of return percentage made.
 b. If two or more contestants have the same results, then the contestant who
had the highest equity at the beginning of the Contest will be defined as the
winner.
c. Results of the Contest will be published within 88 hours from the moment of
contest completion.
d. Prizes are credited within 8 days from the end of the Contest, provided no
additional clarification has not taken place while identifying the winners.
4. Prize Lots
a. A total of 2000 USD is distributed as prizes in the following order within the
‘TOP 10’ performers of the Contest:
1st - ‘SuperTrader of the Month’ - 1000 USD
2nd Place - 500 USD
3rd Place - 250 USD
6-10th Place - 50 USD
b. The prizes are ONLY credited to accounts of the participating trader.
c. The prizes are credited to the winners’ accounts in USD according to internal
exchange rates.
d. Prize money can be withdrawn at any time once it has been credited to the
account through the available withdrawal methods.
e. Winners are obliged to take participation in any Investizo promotional events,
interview or publicity related to the promotion. Investizo is at the same time
obliged to never disclose personal data (including name or surname) without
any consent.

5. Dispute Resolution
a. All disputes that might arise during the contest which are related to the
operation of the trading accounts are reviewed according to the Investizo
Terms of Use.
b. Complaints that might be related to the results of the Contest should be sent
to the Customer Service emails of the company with subject specification
‘SuperTrader of the Month’.
c. Complaints NOT sent directly to the companies email address will not be
reviewed.
d. During the dispute for rating calculation, the contestant should be ready to
provide clarification, explanation, calculation and proof of his/her version of
the scenario.
e. The complaint might be dropped if it does not follow the rules of complaints
specified in the Investizo Terms of Use.
f. In any final disputes, Investizo keeps the sole authority to make final
decisions based on the experience and the general market practice.
g. Abuse or manipulation of the contest will result in immediate disqualification
from the contest.
6. Force Majeure
a. The Contest can be suspended if a situation arises in which conditions are
unfair for most contestants.
b. The Contest can be suspended if the continuation is impossible due to natural
disasters or critical situations.
 c. In case of cancellation of the contest, it may be resumed with the same
contestants from the beginning after the Force Majeure is clarified.
d. If the Contest is cancelled. The results are considered cancelled as well and
no prizes will be given out during this time of the Contest.
7. Content Rules
a. During the selection of the winners, in case of any errors, for applying a fair
practice of selection, administration of the company can make changes to the
formulas of the rating calculation.
b. All final results of the Contest are not possible for revision.
