TIMS ASN creation

Supplier can select PO, from which new ASN will be created (PO items will be copied automaticaly into new ASN). Unique ASN nubmer is generated by
TIMS.
Detail screen of new ASN header is shown to supplier.
Supplier can specify Load Reference Number.
Supplier has to specify Booked Date.
Supplier can select Carrier, who will perform the delivery of the load.
Supplier must specify sequence number of pallet for each ASN item.
Supplier can specify Type of Wrapping, Expritation Date and other optional attributes for each ASN item.
Supplier must generate SSCC for each pallet on ASN.
Supplier must submit ASN.
