1. Strip the bed,
leaving only
the mattress
pad.

fitted sheet
on the bed.

3. Tuck in the
fitted
sheets on
the sides.

4. Put the flat
sheet on with
the top edge
even with the
top edge of the
mattress.

5. Place the blanket
over the flat
sheet, with the
top edge 4”
from the top
edge of the
mattress.

Tuck it in at the
foot of the bed,
using hospital
corners.

Leave the sides

of the blanket
untucked and
hanging evenly.

6. Fold the flat sheet
back over the top
edge of the
blanket.

7. Place the decorative
top sheet over the
blanket, trim facing
up.

Pull decorative top

sheet to top edge of
mattress.

half the length of
the bed.

sheet back
toward the
headboard,
aligning the
edge of the
decorative top
sheet with the

blanket.

down pillows
against the
headboard.

decorative
trimmed pillow
cases, centered
in front, trim
facing to
outside edges

of the
mattress,
draped over
the sides
