Access campus for each particular day.
● Parents may only come on to the campus if they have an Envoy invitation.

2. Activities in When (not ‘if’) we are inspected by the authorities, we all need to be prepared for classroom
Classrooms visits.

● A given class is a ‘bubble’ and can operate largely as usual.

● Practice safe distancing by spacing seating out as far as possible in classrooms;
physical contact is to be avoided.
● Teachers must maintain and enforce seating plans for every class, and have them
ready to show inspectors.
● Every class will commence with the teacher asking two standard questions:
○ Is everybody feeling well?
○ Has everybody washed or sanitised their hands before this class today? (If no -
please sanitise now)
● Collaboration within classes is restricted to pre-planned groupings, determined by the
teacher to a maximum size of 5. These collaboration groups must be recorded with
the seating plan and be available for review at short notice. The collaboration bubbles
may be changed every two weeks but must remain fixed within each two week period.
● There will be hand sanitiser available in each class; all to wash hands regularly.

Hygiene water fountains is discouraged; they can only be used to fill up bottles.
● Students encouraged to wash hands at regular intervals through the day
● No hugging, handshaking, high-fiving.

Winter Camp Health and Safety Measures

● Where not feasible or practical to apply one metre safe distancing between
individuals, this requirement must be enforced between groups, with each
group consisting of not more than five persons and with no mixing
between groups
● Teachers are to keep a record of where students are seated for the majority of
the lesson. We need to be able to know who was sitting beside whom if
contact tracing is required.
● If students are not required to be seated for much of the lesson (e.g. sport,
drama and dance) then knowing who is in the class set is sufficient.
● Students can move around within the classroom and to go for bathroom
breaks, however students should maintain the 1m physical distance at all times
with teachers and students.
● Bathroom breaks should be staggered to prevent students congregating in and
around bathrooms.
● Avoiding physical contact between students is important.
● Collaborative learning can happen, but remind students that physical contact is
discouraged.
