It has been determined that at this time the large gathering will negatively impact the local health infrastructure and the Safety Plan is not approved and the event will not proceed. In the future, the Southern Nevada Health District may find that the surveillance systems are no longer approaching or exceeding capacity and at that time the Southern Nevada Health District may be able to recommend that the event take place.
