IV. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS IV.1 În temeiul prezentul Contract,

possible, by publicly disclosing the
name, brand and / or Sponsor's
image and nominating it;
c) To manage the SSF 2019
(administrative and financial
aspects);
d) To receive / respond to funding
requests and select eligible projects
for funding;
e) To provide, on a regular basis,
information to the Sponsor
regarding the activities organized
within the SSF 2019;
f) To submit annual reports regarding
the financial situation;
g) To invite the sponsor to the
organized events;
h) To organize in 2019 a sponsorship
reception;
i) To disseminate all activities
supported through the SSF 2019 on
its Facebook page, mentioning the
sponsorship;
III. VALOAREA CONTRACTULUI
3.1 Valoarea contractului este de

IV. DREPTURILE ŞI OBLIGAŢIILE
PĂRŢILOR
Beneficiarul are următoarele drepturi:
a) Să aducă la cunoștința publicului
sponsorizarea primită;
b) Să încaseze suma plătită de
Sponsor.
IV.2 Beneficiarul se angajează prin
prezentul Contract:
a) Să utilizeze suma de bani primită de
la Sponsor exclusiv cu destinația
prevăzuta în Secțiunea 2.1 de mai
sus;
b) Să aducă la cunoștința publicului
Sponsorizarea primita, de cate ori
este posibil, prin dezvăluirea
denumirii, a mărcii și/sau a imaginii
Sponsorului în mod public și prin
nominalizarea acestuia.
c) Să gestioneze SSF 2019 (aspecte
administrative și financiare);
d) Să primească / răspundă solicitărilor
de finanțare și să selecționeze
proiectele eligibile pentru finanțare;
e) Să transmită regulat Sponsorului
informații cu privire la activitățile
organizate în cadrul SSF 2019;
f) Să transmită rapoarte anuale cu
privire la situația financiară;
g) Să invite sponsorul la manifestările
organizate;
h) Să organizeze în 2019 o recepție
dedicată sponsorilor;
i) Să difuzeze toate activitățile
susținute prin intermediul SSF 2019

j) Să realizeze roll-up-uri cu noii
sponsori și să le posteze la loc vizibil

V. CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY
5.1 The parties can terminate this contract

law, refrain from discrimination and
take all necessary measures to
prevent corruption, in particular that no
undue payments or other advantages
will be offered or accepted.

V. RĂSPUNDEREA CONTRACTUALĂ
5.1 Părțile pot rezilia acest contract fără
notificare prealabilă în cazul încălcării
unei obligații contractuale sau a unei
publicități negative care prejudiciază în
mod semnificativ interesele sau
reputația Elveției.
5.2 În cadrul acestui contract, părțile
respectă legea aplicabilă, se abțin de
la discriminare și iau toate măsurile
necesare pentru prevenirea corupției și
se asigură că nu vor fi oferite sau
acceptate plăți necuvenite sau alte
avantaje.
VI. DISPOZIȚII FINALE

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1 This Contract enters into force on the
date of its signing by the parties and is
valid until 31 December 2019. If
uncommitted funds remain until 31
December 2019, the Beneficiary will
inform the Sponsor and the contracting
parties will agree in writing on their
use.
6.2 The present contract is subject to
the law in force at the place of
the court of jurisdiction. The court
of jurisdiction is Bucharest Court.
6.3 Disputes between the contracting
parties related to this Contract will be
settled amicably, and in case of

legătură cu prezentul Contract se vor
soluţiona pe cale amiabilă, iar în caz
de neînţelegere între părţi, de către
instanţele judecătoreşti române
