The Constitution says that our country is a democratic state.

The Philippines is a country that

values every Filipino, including the rights to have their own religion, the right to freedom of expression,
and freedom of the media.

Based on critics, Karen David says “one of the lessons I have learned today is to strengthen
democracy”. If we lack democracy why reporter keep on reporting and only the news that could
discredit the Duterte administration, why they failed to report the accomplishment. Majority of the
report is selective. Biased reporting of the media shows extreme democracy.

If we have extreme democracy it will be used by the enemies of Politics . I really don’t
understand what kind of democracy they are looking for. If the reporter truly humane and patriotic, our
country should not be allowed to have divisions just because of misinformation. if democracy demands
more, you are the reason why the people are like this.

Veteran TV Host and alleged Pro-Yellow Media personality, Karen Davila made headlines on
social media after she reiterated on national TV that “And isa sa mga natutunan ko ngayong 2018 ay
PALAKASIN natin ang ating DEMOKRASYA”

…if the lack of democracy is the reason why they keep on reporting only the news that could
discredit the Duterte administration. …does the lack of democracy is the reason why they failed to
report more accomplishments of the Duterte administration.
