1. Apply online (Mandatory) take print of application and attach documents required.

2. Send hardcopy to Directorate of Student Affairs, University of Poonch Rawalakot, Main Campus.
3. An amount of Rs 1400 admission processing fee, challan attached with the application (nonrefundable) has to be
paid in any branch of HBL
4. Alternatively by sending original Bank Draft amounting Rs: 1400/- drawn in the name of “The Treasurer, University
of Poonch Rawalakot.
5. Online Application form is available at www.upr.edu.pk
6. Complete application form should reach to the Directorate of Student Affairs, Main Campus not later than
September 10-2020.
7. Students applying for more than one discipline/category will have to pay extra charges of Rs: 300/- for each
discipline/category.
8. Candidates applying for B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, BSCS & BS Software Engineering have to deposit Entry Test
Fee of Rs: 500 /- & GRE test Rs: 1000/- through authorized HBL Challan and show before Entry Test & GRE test.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
 Attested copies of academic documents (Matric, Intermediate, Graduation, Master), Domicile and CNIC.
 Migration Certificate (candidates other than BISE, Mirpur, AJK and University of Poonch Rawalakot).
 Character certificate issued by the Principal, Head of Institution last attended.
 Three recent passport size photographs.
 Candidates seeking admission against reserved seats in Agriculture, Electrical Engineering, Pharm-D and
DVM should apply through their respective Nomination Boards.
 An affidavit available on University website after confirmation of admission.
