Easyvoyage supports strong European

growth with 3 acquisitions

Easyvoyage, Europe’s second largest travel portal, has strengthened

its European footprint thanks to the acquisition of 3 companies in UK
and Germany.

Financière Cambon has acted as sole financial advisor. It has been appointed by
Easyvoyage to execute its external growth strategy.

 Created in 2005 by Alex Saint, Troy Collins and Andrew Bredon,

dealchecker.co.uk has grown rapidly to become one of the UK’s most
successful online travel companies. Its website offers search engines for
flights, hotels, holiday packages and car hire. The company also provides a
weekly selection of great, hand-picked travel offers known as Real Deals -
to its one million newsletter subscribers.

 TravelJungle was created in Germany in 2001 and has been present in the
UK since 2003 and Spain since 2005. In partnership with leading OTA’s
including Ebookers, Opodo and Lastminute, this leading price comparaison
website, part of the Top 3 in Germany, reaches 1M€ turnover at its peak.

 Founded by Thomas Thollier, FSI Travel is an online agency managing 4

millions subscribers in the UK. This agency monetizing third party
subscriber databases through advertising campaigns, should make
easyvoyage able to reach 7 millions subscribers by 2013. Targeted turnover
for FSI Travel is up to 2m€ for the first year and should reach 5m€ from the
third year.

Euros, in 2011 Easyvoyage estimates that it will generate 800 million Euros
worth of travel sales for its clients. The group covers the five main
European markets; France, UK, Germany, Spain and Italy, and has 3.4
million unique users per month – an average of 10 million unique users
annually. Easyvoyage also has eight million active newsletter subscribers in
Europe, boasting the largest number of newsletter subscribers for a travel
portal in Europe. Founded in June 2000 by Jean Pierre Nadir, Easyvoyage is
a travel portal offering editorial content, price comparison, hotel reviews,
travel deals and a community forum.
