    1.0 Identify of Incident

    An incident is defined as an un-planned event or occurrence. Any incident that did not cause injury and did not result in
    property damage or environmental impact will be defined as a potential.

    All incidents will be reported on in accordance with the table below:

    treatment is provided by a medical practitioner entered into Enablon within 24 hours. Manager

    Lost Time Injury (an injury where a person EH&S Through First Aider, EH&S Manager Construction
