APPLICATION FORM FOR HALDIRAM’S COMPANY

This Application form is for Distributorship in India only. This Application Form is not an offer document or contract.

INSTRUCTIONS

The Applicant is advised to carefully read the entire form.

1. The Application must be made by:


* An existing entity proposing to operate the distributorship (Applicant), or
* If a new entity is proposed to be set up to operate the distributorship, the application should be made by an existing
Entity (Applicant) which shall provide all or most of the funding for the new entity.
2. This Application Form has 4 sections. All Sections must Filled by the Applicant.
3. All financial statements provided the Application Form must be Audited statements, complete with all schedules and the
auditor’s report.
4. The Filled in Application form along with enclosures should be emailed to info@haldiramdeal.com and the signed soft copy
need to be sent to the above mentioned email id.
5. Incomplete application Forms will not be accepted for processing.
6. On receipt, if the application is complete, the Applicant will receive an administrative acknowledgement from Haldiram.
Applicant to quote the number in all future correspondence.
7. The information provided by the Applicant is intended only for the company’s use.
8. By sending the filled Application Form, The Applicant is inviting Haldiram to consider its Application for distributorship.
The company does not assure the Applicant of being selected for such dealership.
9. Should Haldiram limited find the Application of interest, the Applicant may be invited for discussions and additional
disclosures, including due-diligences.

to reject the applicant or reserve any decision taken based on this information.

Terms and condition

1. Any expiry Haldiram product return/exchange within 7 days of expiry.


2. Damaged packaging material will not refundable.
3. Shop area requirement for distributorship required minimum 500 sq. feet.
4. Separate stockyard should be available with well furnished
5. Product should never be sold more than MRP price in your area.
6. Product margin for distributor packaging material 30%
7. Product margin for distributor unpackaging Material 35%
8. Separate margin for retail outlet is 5%
9. Company will provide marketing material like poster, banner and dangler etc.
10. Company will provide training to director/partner/accountant/sales team.
11. Company will support you to increase your sales like our Area sales manager will always help for sales. You will discuss
about your weekly, monthly and yearly agenda.
12. Insurance will be provided for 100% product.
13. Company will provide a billing and management software for account and stock management.
14. Company will support freezer, interior and many required equipment, for these equipment distributor have to pay 50% of
billing. 50% Amount Company will provide.
15. All products will send to your doorstep by company.
16. Distributor must have a vehicle for distributing product rented, leasing or owned.
17. Company will not provide you any utility bill, rent, staff salary and any more.
18. Company will take always 50% advance payment of your order.
19. Company charge security and Agreement Amount will be refundable. Agreement has to renew after every financial year.
20. Security and Agreement amount will be refundable after 6 months.
21. All procedure during the Distributorship process is going on online.
22. After verification and Approval of application, Distributor has to pay registration form INR25000, Security deposit fee
INR100000, Agreement Fee INR50000 and Interior Designing fee INR25000.
23. Company will provide you 3 staff for 2-3 months for learning your business and securing your business.
24. All payments will be accepted through NEFT/RTGS only.
25. You have to order product value minimum INR800000.
26. You will get details about your Distributorship area in Agreement paper.
27. Filling Application form doesn’t mean you will get Distributorship. After Approval of Application Form Company’
executive will call and message you.
