AGREEMENT BETWEEN EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE
Employer : THE CITIES INTEGRATION CONTRATING COMPANY

Employee, RUBEL MIAH Passport No. BE 0872171 Called as the Second Party.
THE ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT

01. The SECOND PARTY accepts to work for the FIRST PARTY in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
as LABOUR with a monthly wage of SR. 800/=( Eight Hundred) only.
02. The Contract is effective of 02(Two) years.

03. The First Party promises to provide the SECOND PARTY with accommodation supplied with
electricity, water and medical free of cost and also free Transportation.
04 The normal working hours shall be 08 (Eight) hours a day and 6 (Six) days a week.
5. The Second Party is not committed to work on Friday and official holidays in the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia.
06. The First Party promises to insure the Second Party against all works related to accident.
07. One way Air passage will be borne by the employer.
08. If any worker desires or becomes unfit due to his health or mental condition during the
contract period he will be repatriated at his own cost to Bangladesh and in this case the First
Party is not committed to pay air ticket money for workers except for medical case.
09. The Second Party promises not to work for any one else or any company in the Royal
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the validity of this contract period.
10. The Second Party sates that he is not wanted by the security authority or by law and that The
Government of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh has never punished him authorities. He
also affirms to respect and carry out all laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and not
participate in any political activity or strikes or trade boycotts and not to commit any kind of
deed that might hurts the First Party. The First Party committed to keep good behavior
during his stay in the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
11. If the First party finds the Second Party unsuitable within the probation period of 03 (Three)
months he will be sent back to Bangladesh & all the expenses including both way air
passage will be borne by 2nd Party.
12. Applied Regulations of the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are the legal authorities for both
the parties of the contract.
