20 kinds of medical devices

1. Inhalers and nebulizers

Inhalers and nebulizers are medical devices that function to distribute drugs through the respiratory
tract and are used by inhalation. These medical devices are almost always necessary and should be
available at home, especially if you have asthma

2. Blood sugar test kit

If you have diabetes and regularly use diabetes medications, for example insulin shots, you are advised
to always provide a blood sugar test kit.

This medical device is in the form of a small, cordless machine that uses a battery and is equipped with a
small, sterile needle for taking blood samples, along with a strip to collect blood samples.

With this medical device, you can check blood sugar levels anytime and anywhere, so that blood sugar
levels can always be monitored and controlled so they don't increase or decrease drastically.

3. Tensimeter

Tensimeter is a medical device that functions to measure blood pressure. This medical device is
important to be available at home, especially for people who have high blood pressure.

4. Pulse oximeter

A pulse oximeter is a medical device that functions to measure heart rate and oxygen levels in the blood.
This tool should be available if you have certain diseases, such as asthma, COPD, stroke, or heart
disease.

5. Oxygen cylinder

Oxygen cylinders are commonly used for therapeutic treatment for people with certain diseases,
especially chronic diseases, such as asthma, COPD, stroke and heart failure.

The doctor will determine the type of oxygen cylinder and how much oxygen to give if you or a family
member have certain diseases that require oxygen therapy at home.

6. Bandage

A bandage is one of the nursing supporting medical supplies commonly used to bandage wounds. The
function of the bandage also varies, depending on the type of wound you are experiencing. Based on the
layer, the bandages are divided into three kinds. The primer layer helps in removing dead tissue as well
as cleaning the wound.
7. Gauze

Gauze is a thin, translucent fabric with a loose, open weave. In technical terms "gauze" is a weaving
structure in which the weft threads are arranged and crossed before and after each warp thread keeping
the weft in place.

8. Plaster

A bandage is a small bandage that is used on less serious wounds to use as a large bandage. Plaster was
invented by Earle Dickson in 1920. Plaster is useful to protect the wound from being hit, damaged, or
dirty.

9. Cut the bandage

Bandage / verband scissors are corner-tipped scissors with blunt ends. These scissors have a small
head / protrusion at the end which is useful for making it easier to cut dressings, plaster, cotton gauze
and other materials commonly used in the process of surgery, surgery or other medical procedures

human body directly into the blood vessels.

Walking stick. This tool is almost exactly like a stick, except that it has a handle at the top end, and
sometimes it also has a leg on the bottom, three feet or four legs. Its purpose is to simplify and
strengthen the support for its users. A walking stick is a medical tool that functions as a tool for people
in need, such as the elderly, people in recovery, and also in certain conditions.

19.Baby Incubator

From non-electromedical tools, we switch to electromedical tools such as baby incubators. We know
incubator comes from the word incubation which means incubation in chicken terms. Just like us
humans, we also have an incubation time of 9 months in the mother's womb. But sometimes because of
one thing, babies can be born prematurely. Therefore it is necessary to carry out intensive care in a
special room similar to the mother's womb, this is the function of a baby incubator in a hospital.

20. X- Ray

Sama — sama berfungsi untuk mencitrakan bagian dalam tubuh manusia, namun x-ray menggunakan
sinar x atau yang sering disebut dengan istilah rongsen (Rontgen). Alat ini bekerja dengan menggunakan
sinar x untuk menembus bagian tubuh manusia untuk mengambil gambar seperti proses fotografi.
Namun X- Ray tidak boleh dilakukan secara terus — mensrus karena mengandung unsur radio aktif yang
cukup berbahaya untuk tubuh manusia apabila terpapar terlalu banyak

20. X- Ray

Both function to image the inside of the human body, but x-rays use x rays or what is often referred to
as rongsen (X-rays). This tool works by using x rays to penetrate parts of the human body to take
pictures such as a photographic process. However, X-Ray should not be done continuously - menrus
because it contains radioactive elements which are quite dangerous for the human body if exposed to
too much.
