1 Accessing Re-Svayem Portal (for Group)

To access the online Re-SVAYEM portal, enter the URL https://svayem.in in the address bar
of any standard browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome etc.
➢ For New Registration, click on the New Registration button as shown below in
Figure 1.

1.1 New Registration Process

For New Registration follow the following process.

➢ Enter your GROUP NAME and valid MOBILE NUMBER and click on Generate OTP
button.
Note: Please provide your valid Mobile Number. OTP will be sent to the Mobile
Number provided by you.

Once you click on the Generate OTP button, the below page will appear.

1.1.1 Group Registration

➢ Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and then click on the SUBMIT button.

1.2 Create Password

➢ After clicking on the submit button the following window will appear on your screen.
➢ Create your new password (password should have minimum of 8 Characters, atleast 1 Uppercase ,
atleast 1 Lowercase, 1 digit and 1 Special character). Now, click on SUBMIT

➢ Now you have successfully registered. Click on Login to go to login page as shown in figure 5.

1.3 Login Page

➢ Enter your Username/Mobile number and Password then click on the Login button.

Once the Group User gets logged into the portal, the below page will appear with Two
separate Tabs –

1. Profile
2. Application

1.4 Group Profile

➢ After login to the portal following window will appear.
➢ Click on Edit button to enter the BASIC DETAILS and MEMBER DETAILS from Profile
tab as shown below.

1.5 Edit Basic Details

➢ After clicking on edit button, the following window will appear
➢ Group details will be filled in BASIC DETAILS.
➢ Fill up all the mandatory details required for BASIC DETAILS as shown below and
scroll down to view MEMBER DETAILS.

1.6 Edit Member Details

➢ MEMBERS DETAILS to be filled in the following page.
➢ Fill up the mandatory details for each member in the group.
➢ Click on Add More Members button to add more members. After adding all the
members in the group click on the Save button.

1.7 Application Page

➢ After saving the details entered click on the Application tab to view the entered details about the
members as shown below.
➢ To fill the other information, scroll down the page. Please note down the APPLICATION number for
future reference.

1.7.1 Business Information

Following page will appear after scrolling down the Application page.

Now fill up the BUSINESS INFORMATION section.

1.7.2 Declaration/Undertaking
➢ Now, click on the Download to download application form.

1.8 Application Form

➢ After submission of the application, Application form will be generated on Application tab as
shown in the figure 14.

➢ Application Form can be downloaded by clicking on the Download Application Form button.

Downloaded Application form in PDF format is shown in figure 14.

Once the Application is submitted, application form can be downloaded. The submitted
form will be available to District User for further verification.
