ADOPTION NOTICE
ASTM A 307, Bolts, and Studs, Carbon Steel, 60,000 PSI Tensile Strength, was adopted
on 25 March 1994 for use by the Depatrment of Defense (DoD). Proposed changes by
DoD activities must be submitted to the DoD Adopting Activity: U.S. Army Armament,
Research Development and Engineering Center, ATTN: SMCAR-BAC-S, Picatinny
Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000. DoD activities may obtain copies of this standard from the
Standardization Document Order Desk, 700 Robbins Avenue, Building 40,
Philadelphia, PA 19111 -5094. The private sector and other Government agencies
