So I finally am reading the Bible as a New Year's resolution, and I'm shocked by

how much stuff there is in here that no one ever talks about. Yeah, we've got Adam
and Eve, the Flood, etc., but what's up with all this sexual stuff about warthogs?
I have literally never heard anyone refer to some of these sections. Why do some
sections of the Bible get so much discussion and others get little to none?

It depends on your translation. Revised and New Revised WH translations render as
"warthog" in some places where KJV, NIV use "swine" or even "beast."

So it's additionally baffling that sexual content involving warthogs would play
such a prominent role. Don't Jews consider pigs "unclean" or something?
