Answers:

1. ELLYJAH:
This research study aims to conduct a reliable and applicable research study to
help to increase the stress rate among the Filipinos citizens especially along
those students that experiences these scenarios at a very young age. Because
of this vital issue that everyone is facing nowadays we came up with an idea of
what if we used this vital issue to conduct a certain research study that will help
with the use of our variables. We’re hoping that we can create a possible solution
or remedy for this issue; so we’ll able to help the government to decrease a large
rate of stress among the Filipinos citizens.

REY ANNE:
Our Chapter 1 includes the background of our study such as what is stress?, how
can Mentha x Piperita L. help to reduce stress?, what is Jasminum Sambac?.
It also includes our hypothesis and the significance; who will gain on our study.
The Chapter 2, the review of related literatures and studies. It includes the
foreign and local literature and studies that is related on our topic. Like what are
the other studies about stress and how did they conduct it and other studies that
shows proof that the variables we, researchers, are using have some medicinal
uses that can help a human. Then Chapter 3, the methodology includes that we
are using a quasi-experimental type of quantitative research, the places where
our study will be conducted (San Lorenzo Heights, Villa Remedios, Sampaloc 4,
Barangay Hall of Salitran 2, Windward and National Academy of Science and
Technology), the respondents, research sampling by collecting the variables and
the data collection procedure.

JADE:
If our research study was recognized as one of the remedies for this issue we
have a list of beneficiaries, who will benefit from our study; first in the list is the
Government, then followed by the Workers, Students, and Farmers. As a
researcher, we hope that someday our study will be recognized as a possible
remedy for this vital issue that affects the large portion of our society. To gather a
fitted and correct data, researcher will use a quantitative approach to each
participant to test if our research studies are testable in real world, in choosing
participant for our research experiment we will gathered some participants in
their own workplace, where they’re living or either on the place where they
experience stress; so that it will benefit our study to collect a possible and correct
data.
2. JADE:
Why did we choose our study? We all know that most of the Filipino citizens are
working and also studying, we chose this study to help those people who are
experiencing stress to feel relaxed as their time is being gathered by stress and
drowsiness.

ELLYJAH:
At the beginning, where we are just planning our topic: we already have a goal to
minimize the large number of people who is suffering from stress in their
everyday life especially for those students who is experiencing that at a very
young age because of their academic studies and the pressure given by their
parents and peers. The working citizens are also one of the best examples.
Some of them are working students and some of them are working for their
family needs. The parents, they work and take care of their children at the same
time. Because of these issues, we pursue to continue our paper to help those
people.

REY ANNE:
To do this goal, we researchers are encouraged to conduct a research study
which will focus more on how we will minimize the large number of people who is
suffering from stress in their everyday life. We’ve thought a lot of possible
solutions for these problems and then we came up with the solutions of what if
we make an ointment that will help people to relieve stress and drowsiness with
the help of herbal remedies.

JADE:
Because of the encouragement of those previous studies, whoever establishes
the same goal as ourselves, we fully pursued our objectives with the hope that
someday it will help our society and our government to fight this vital issue that
affects a large portion of Filipino citizens. We based our research on those
previous studies which aims into the different; aspects of stress in each
individual.

3. REY ANNE:
Why is it important to conduct our study? This study is important to be conducted
because this can be one of the justifications of how sampaguita, peppermint and
coconut shows their effectiveness as an ingredient for an ointment to allow the
person’s uncontrolled change of emotion or can also be used to alleviate their
propensity stress. This study is important to conduct because it can people
lessen their stress and drowsiness then feel relaxed after they use the ointment.

JADE:
Mr. Ancis is one of the previous researchers who survey to strengthen his basis
towards the issues of causes of stress among the Filipino citizens; After
comprehensive surveying, he comes up with the result of 23 percent of the
 respondents said that they're experiencing stress because of the deadlines and
they supervisors at work. This survey was conducted by Mr. Ancis showed how
the government should take some responsibilities or shown some actions toward
these vital issues, which may lead to a big problem for the next few years.
Because of our study, there is a possibility that we can make some vague
solutions or remedies to this vital issue.

ELLYJAH:
This kind of research study is beneficial to conduct because it's aiming at a
serious issue that is needed to take some sort of obligation and immediate
response from the government. Our ointment may be the possible solution or
remedy in the continuation of the increasing stress rate among Filipino citizens
into the different aspects of society and humanity.

4. JADE:
How will society benefits from our research study? One of the goals of this study
is to minimize a large portion of Filipino residents that are suffering from stress or
continuous drowsiness in their everyday life.

ELLYJAH:
Many researchers are trying to make some possible solutions or remedies for
these vital issues, but some of them did not succeed. So we researchers are
hoping that someday our research study could be recognized by the people as
one of many solutions for this issue. The society could gain to our research study
by the purpose that our research study could slow the rapid continuation of the
increasing rate of people experiencing stress and drowsiness in their life.
Because of the ointment, we could rather help those people who needed to rest
from stress and they will be relaxed at some point.

REY ANNE:
There are so many factors how the society gains to our study from possible
remedies for the rapid continues of stress rate from our country to help to relieve
our fellow Filipino citizens who experiences stress on their everyday life. By this
research, we could help the government to fight this issue through by the use of
an ointment that relief the stress.
