Abstract

Providing sustainable development of underground construction enterprises in conditions of an unstable environment is

implemented through forming and introduction of innovative activities management strategy. In the authors’ view innovations in
particular create the basis for sustainable development alongside with forming an integral spectrum of organizational and
economic transformations needed by the enterprise. In this article methodic basics of construction enterprise innovative strategies
forming using the synergetic approach are given. Implementation of the introduced instruments promotes continuous sustainable
development of a construction enterprise on the innovative basis.

1. Introduction

A necessary condition for providing sustainability of a construction enterprise is improving the efficiency of its
activities through rational using of investment resources, which allows to get the best economic and social results,
developing the quality of work and units, and providing high operational profitability of constructed units.
