SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Estate of ___________________ and ____________________” for the liquidation
of the real and personal properties contained therein;

2. To receive and acknowledge receipt of the payment or proceeds of our share in the
aforementioned real and personal properties;

3. To represent us before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the appropriate local
government Assessor’s Office, Treasurer’s Office, Register of Deeds, the Land
Registration Authority (LRA), and all other government or private agencies/entity in
order to process and facilitate any and all documentation relating to the foregoing
“Deed of Extrajudicial Settlement of the Estate of _________________________”;

4. To execute, sign, deliver and receive whatever documents, agreements or writings,

and cause the payment of fees, assessments and dues as may be deemed necessary
proper and convenient for the purposes aforementioned;

5. To do such other acts necessary and desirable for the purposes aforementioned.
