VIOLATIONS: A CASE STUDY

Research on articles and listen to the hearing of the Legislature with regard to the Alleged Tax Avoidance
mechanisms used by the nation’s giant media company, ABS-CBN. Also, try to compare the tax liabilities
paid by ABS CBN to that of GMA by scrutinizing their Financial Statements or Annual Reports and try to
dig dipper on this issue at your own level of understanding.
