AFFIDAVIT OF CANCELLATION OF SUBDVISION PLAN

That we, REYNALDO BITONG, married to Melinda Ferrer, MENELEO BITONG,

single, ANDRELINA BITONG, married to Godofredo Guzman, MELITA BITONG, married
to Delfin Manguil, CELIA BITONG married to Abraham Dumo, ALICIA BITONG, married
to Vergilio Plamenco and ELEONOR BITONG, married to Edwin Perlado, all of legal age,
Filipinos and all residents of Baler, Aurora, after having been duly sworn hereby depose and say;

1. That LAWRENCE P. PANGUE is the Geodetic Engineer of Subdivision Plan as

Surveyed for Heirs of Emeterio Bitong situated at Suklayin, Baler, Aurora with an
area of FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY ONE (4,141) square
meters, more or less;

2. That we have field an Affidavit of Cancellation to protect the rights, interest and
participation of Heirs of Emeterio Bitong to this Subdivision Plan of Lot 872-B, Psd-
04-120380;

3. That the tenants has not agreed to subdivide the above-mentioned property;

4. That we agreed to Transfer Certificate of Title No. 051-2014000620 was duly

subdivided by Geodetic Engineer Nestor Guillermo;

5. That we filed the said cancellation due to the above-described Subdivision was
cancelled.

6. That we hereby ask that the Affidavit of Cancellation that we had caused to be
annotated in your good office should now be cancelled;

7. That we executed this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing and for the
purpose of manifesting my non-opposition and approval to the plan of the property
above-described and cause the cancellation of the Affidavit of Cancellation that has
been annotated.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 15 th day of

August, 2014, hereat Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
