Admission Offer – MBA Executive – Spring Semester 2021

Dear MUHAMMAD SAMI MEMON,

Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi. Please accept my heartiest congratulations at this

This provisional admission is governed by the IBA rules and regulations and is also subject to the
conditions mentioned in the IBA Program Announcement 2020 - 21. To complete your admission and
registration requirements, you have to deposit two attested copies of the following credentials and first
semester fee by January 5, 2021 to the MBA Executive Program Office, Ground Floor, Fauji
Foundation Building at IBA Main Campus from 9:00am – 5:00pm (including Saturday & Sunday).

1) Matriculation/ O' Level Certificates/ marks sheet.

2) Intermediate/ A' Level Certificates/ marks sheet.
3) Graduation Degree & marks sheet.
4) Master Degree & marks sheet of professional qualification certificates.
5) HEC Equivalency Certificate if you have foreign qualification, excluding ACCA.
6) Post qualification employment/ Job experience certificates.
7) Four passport size photographs & Two copies of CNIC.
8) Undertaking form duly filled and signed.
9) Enrollment form (Verification from last Institute Not required)

Remember we need 2 attested copies of above documents (excluding Sr. 8 & 9) from any government
officer or Notary public. This offer is valid up to January 5, 2021. Please bring all original
documents for verification purposes.

Please note that you have 6 years' time to complete your MBA Executive.

You are requested to attend an 'Orientation Session' of MBA Executive at 3:15pm on Saturday
January 9, 2021 if government allows us to open the campus, at the IBA Main Campus. Spring
Semester Classes will also commence on same day i.e. Saturday January 9, 2021. For any
clarification, you should contact the MBA Executive Program Office at 38104700 ext. 1876/2880.
